Welcome to MetroAIPro. By accessing our website (metroaipro.com), submitting forms, or purchasing our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Description of Services

MetroAIPro provides custom, done-for-you text message and phone automation setup for local service businesses (such as auto shops, spas, and practices). Our services include missed call text-back, appointment reminders, after-hours responders, website chat widgets, and review requesting.

2. Onboarding & Account Configuration

During setup, you agree to cooperate with our onboarding process, which includes providing accurate business details, granting access to calendars or phone settings (if required), and verifying phone line configurations. We connect our system to your existing business number so no lines are changed.

3. Fees, Billing & Payment

• Setup Fee: Most plans require a one-time setup fee (e.g., $299 for Starter) to cover configuration, copywriting, calendar sync, and compliance registration. This is billed upfront and is non-refundable once work begins.
• Monthly Subscription: Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance. You authorize us to charge your credit card automatically each month.
• Carrier Fees & Changes: Standard subscription fees cover our platform and setup. If mobile carrier rules or local taxes change, we will notify you in writing prior to modifying any pricing.

4. Cancellation & Termination

Cancel anytime with no penalty. We do not lock you into long term contracts. You can cancel your subscription by texting or emailing us at least 3 business days before your next billing date. Once cancelled, your service will terminate at the end of the current billing cycle, and no further monthly fees will be charged.

5. SMS Messaging & A2P Compliance Consent

When utilizing our system to text customers:

• You agree to only message customers who have initiated contact with your business.
• We handle A2P 10DLC registration using your business documentation. You agree to provide true and complete business details for this application.
• You agree to keep opt-out phrases (such as "Reply STOP to opt out") in all outbound message templates.

6. Limitations of Liability

Under no circumstances shall MetroAIPro, its founder, or its agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities) arising from service delays, carrier blockages, network downtime, or system errors. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.
